Observed a pink line of mold-like substance on the drip plate inside the ice machine. Corrective action: all food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substance growth. Person in charge was informed and instructed to use a sanitizer cloth and cleaned the drip plate by 08/21/2025
