Observed personal cup stored on table in the main kitchen area. CA: ensure food employee use disposable drink cup with lid and straw. if personal drink cup is used if is stored and used in the office area. COS: personal cup was removed and stored in the office.

No Hand soap supplied/ provided for the hand washing in front service (FS) server area required. Corrective action (CA) Every hand washing shall be supplied with a soap. COS: Soap was provided during the inspection.

Observed dented cans stored on the can shelf, not separated from food, equipment utensils, linens, and single service items as required. COS: Dented cans were removed and stored on the dented can designated shelf during the inspection.
