1-2A: .03(2)(a)-(l), (n)Temperatures of products for key drop deliveries not recorded. Ensure temperatures of products are recorded on invoice as per shown agreement with food vendor by 1/23/26. The food service establishment shall maintain records of the written agreement as specified in subsection (3)(m)3 of this Rule as well as records that show the delivery condition and temperature of the products upon receipt of delivery. 10D: .04(7)(c)Working containers of sugar, coconut powder, flour without labels in dry storage. Food should be labeled to prevent mistaken use of food allergens and chemicals. Corrective Actions: PIC (Person in charge) added appropriate labels to working containers.

17D: .07(4)(b)Employee drinks stored in approved containers stored on prep top surfaces and on shelving above food/ food prep areas. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC relocated employee drinks in approved containers in areas down in designated areas.
