Facility has key drop agreement with Gordon. Deliveries are rarely key drop so could not verify temperatures on invoices. Note: Ensure gaskets on prep coolers are maintained in good repair. 4/1/2025. Note: Ensure burger presses are replaced or cleaned when carbon build-up begins to form. 4/1/2025. Note: Prep tables observed with some areas no longer being cleanable. All equipment must be maintained cleanable and in good condition. Repair or replace prep tables by 4/1/2025. Note: Some broken tiles observed near cook line in kitchen. Repair/ replace by 4/1/2025.
