Required Additional Routine
Note: Today's inspection is a required additional routine inspection (RAR). Another routine inspection will occur on or before December 31, 2024. Note: All cold-holding and hot-holding items were in compliance unless otherwise noted. Note: The facility uses flavored syrups for drinks as additives. **Note: The walk-in cooler was serviced during today's inspection. Per the person in charge (PIC), the walk-in cooler was properly working during the morning (temperature log was verified), and around 11:30 AM he noticed the thermostat going up (>41F). He put in the work order and took temperatures of the food items. PIC stated at this time all the temperatures taken were 41F or below. By the time the health authority temped items in the walk-in cooler (1:50 pm), TCS foods that were found holding above 41 F were moved to the walk-in freezer to allow them to cool down faster (less than 4 hours). Beef patties and Impossible patties were also moved to the walk-in freezer to cool down since PIC stated patties were placed in the prep cooler less than 4 hours ago.
