NOTE: All cold holding temperatures in compliance. NOTE: The allergen notice must only indicate the major food allergens used in the facility. NOTE: Facility is adding Indian food items to the menu. Per certified food safety manager (CFSM), he is still in the planning stages of how much Indian food will be added to the menu. Discussed with CFSM that a remodel application would have to be submitted to Gwinnett County's Environmental Health Department if any new equipment is added to the kitchen to accommodate for the new Indian food menu items. 2 employee single use water bottles stored in unapproved areas (one stored on the clean dish rack with clean dishes and one stored on the prep table). Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles). (C) Corrective Actions: One employee drink was discarded. One employee drink was placed on the bottom shelf of the prep table.
