Discussed with CFSM that a remodel application would have to be submitted to Gwinnett County's Environmental Health Department if any new equipment is added to the kitchen to accommodate for the new Indian food menu items. Ensure the following statement is on the label for the bottled pressed juices: WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and, therefore, may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems. Ensure the bottled pressed juices are labeled, ingredients are included on label, and any juices containing TCS foods are date marked.
