NOTE: All cold holding and hot holding temperatures in compliance. NOTE: Facility has an outdoor smoker. Ensure all food is covered when bringing to outdoor smoker and back into facility. NOTE: Facility has an outdoor storage room. The floors, walls, and ceiling are not easily cleanable. Facility may only keep packaged single use items and packaged food in the outdoor storage room. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. (P) Corrective Actions: Chlorine sanitizer was moved to the bottom shelf.
