An informal inspection will occur on 2/11/26 to verify that item 4-2B (ice machine) has been corrected. Failure to correct violation will result in a permit suspension. Second consecutive violation of 4-2B .05(7)(a)1 on a routine inspection. Three consecutive violations of the same code provision on routine inspections will result in a permit suspension. 2-2B: .04(4)(b)Observed evidence of employees drinking in food prep areas (reusable coffee mug on prep table in front of tabletop prep cooler, two open plastic water bottles on prep table in back prep area).// Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles). (C) Corrective Actions: Beverages were removed from food prep areas.//
