NOTE: All cold and hot held temperatures were in compliance unless otherwise noted. NOTE: REPEAT VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN PERMIT SUSPENSION (4-2B: wash, rinse and sanitize). NOTE: Informal will occur on 2/6/2026 to ensure under cooking equipment and on floors. Also need to clean under the hood and in the walk-in cooler.
