6-1A: .04(6)(f)Whole milk (44 F)and K cream (46 F) observed cold holding above 41 F in the clear glass display cooler at the cash register. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: Items were discarded by the person in charge. Time control procedures provided to the person in charge to be used for time/temperature control for safety foods to be used in this cooler until the cooler has been repaired.

Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections .05(1) and .05(2) .
