Corrective Actions: Observed Chief Engineer adjust water heater temperature in boiler room at time of inspection to ensure it stays below 120 degrees.

33: .17(2)Multiple housekeeping carts observed with unlabeled chemical spray bottles. [.17(2)] Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents. Cleaners and sanitizer shall be used according to the manufacturer's use direction and label. Corrective Actions: Housekeeping staff labeled the chemical spray bottles and informed what chemicals were inside.

1: .07(2)Observed a water temperature above 120 degrees in several rooms. Hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120ºF. Corrective Actions: Water temperature turned down at boiler to ensure temperature stays below 120 degrees in rooms.

10: .05(1),(7)Facility not displaying most current inspection report. [.05(7)] The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Corrective Actions: Today's report will be given for posting.

15: .07(8)Observed an accumulation inside ice machine on 1st floor. [.07(8)] Scoops, ice buckets, and other ice handling equipment, shall be of easily cleanable material and construction. They shall be stored in a clean place and shall be kept clean. Glassware shall not be used to scoop ice. Corrective Actions: Ice machine was drained to be cleaned and sanitized.

3: .07(2)No hot water at handwashing sink in the bathroom in room 620. // Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed.

8: .15(5)Annual gas-fired heating equipment inspection report not provided. // All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency.

Each container shall be located within 100 feet of dwelling units or trailer spaces or in a location approved by the Health Authority and shall be cleaned at such frequency as to prevent a nuisance or odor.
