All cold holding temperatures in compliance unless otherwise noted. Foods above 41F discarded as noted in the temperature log. NOTE: Raw eggs being used in crepe batter. Facility is a risk type 1. Owner stated that the crepe recipe will change to no longer use raw shell eggs. Eggs were discarded. An informal inspection will occur on or before 6/6/2025.
