Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2) of this Rule. (C) Corrective Actions: Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) items were discarded and cooler was taken out of service. Informal inspection will be conducted by 08/14/2025 to ensure cooler is in good repair.
