Except when washing fruits and vegetables, food employees shall not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. 12B: .03(5)(f)Employee posting chips and slicing lines with painted false nails. Gloves donned. Unless wearing gloves in good repair, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. (Pf)
