1-2A: .03(2)(a)-(l), (n)Facility is doing key drops, but does not have key drop agreement or temperatures recorded on key dropped invoices. The food service establishment shall maintain records of the written agreement as specified in subsection (3)(m)3 of this Rule as well as records that show the delivery condition and temperature of the products upon receipt of delivery. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch (1/2"). (C) Corrective Actions: Employee put on hairnet.
