15A: .05(6)(a)Significant ice buildup in Walk in Freezer. Ensure unit is defrosted by 4/28/26. Discussed with PIC (Person in charge) on possible causes of excess ice buildup. Rubber gasket in poor condition near the top half of walk in door allowing airflow between the freezer and cooler. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections .05(1) and .05(2) . (C)
