8-2B: .07(6)(c)At time of inspection, observed 2 spray bottles of TB Quat and 1 package of Quat sanitizer wipes stored on the prep counter with clean equipment. Observed 1 spray bottle of oven cleaner hanging on the dry storage shelf above customer food. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. (P) Corrective Actions: Employees relocated the 2 bottles of TB Quat before violation could be addressed. Person in charge placed the Quat sanitizer wipes on the bottom shelf and the oven cleaner spray bottle in the chemical storage area.
