All cold holding temperatures were in compliance at 41 degrees or below unless otherwise noted. No hot holding temperatures to observe. All other temperatures in compliance unless otherwise noted. 2-2D: .07(3)(b)Handwashing sink did not have disposable paper towels. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel, or a hand drying device. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge retrieved disposable paper towels and placed them directly next to the hand washing sink.

8-2B: .07(6)(c)Observed cans of raid, was spray and other chemicals stored above covered potatoes. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored and displayed for retail sale so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. (P) Corrective Actions: Person in charge relocated covered potatoes to another area and removed all chemicals from being stored above any food items.

8-2B: .07(6)(e)Observed a can of raid and wasp spay located in the storage area. A restricted use pesticide shall be applied only by an applicator certified as defined in 7 USC 136 Definitions, (e) Certified Applicator, of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, or a person under the direct supervision of a certified applicator and shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge discarded both cans of bug spray.

14C: .05(10)(e)1&3Observed single service boxes (cups, lids, containers) stored in direct contact with the floor. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored in a clean, dry location, where they are not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination, and at least 6 inches above the floor and shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge picked all single service boxes up so that they were not stored in direct contact with the floor and placed them on a rack that was 6 inches off of the floor.

15B: .05(3)(h),(i)Facility did not have test strips for the sanitizer that they are currently using. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Correct Violation by 10/24/2025
