4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed debris in the interior of 3 beer taps (Dos Equis, Budlight, and Jai Alai). Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The interior of the beer taps were washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

8-2B: .07(6)(c)Observed several chemicals stored in unapproved areas (lighter on top of a clean plate, Glade spray with and above single use items, lighter and 3 bottles/cans of glass cleaner above single use items). Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by:
- Separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning; (P) and
- Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. (P) Corrective Actions: All chemicals were relocated to approved areas.
