15C: .05(7)(a)2,31. Observed multiple food utensils with food residue on the non food contact surface. 2. Observed multiple food utensils with sticker residue on the non food contact surface. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. (C) Corrective Actions: 1. Person in charge (PIC) moved the food utensils with food residue to the 3 compartment sink. 2. Person in charge (PIC) removed the sticker residue.
