NOTE: All cold and hot held temperatures were in compliance unless otherwise noted. NOTE: PERMIT SUSPENSION today for 4 repeat violations of same code provision (cold holding). Facility has two repeat violations for 15A (good repair of equipment). Permit will be reinstated tonight and facility will have to do a corrective action plan to get into compliance. NOTE: Questions? Food employees and conditional employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.
