Additionally, the ceiling finishes do not meet current requirements. Approved ceiling finishes include plastic-coated or metal-clad fiberboard, drywall sealed with epoxy paint, a glazed surface, or plastic laminate. The restrooms must be brought into compliance by the next routine inspection or prior to any change in facility ownership.
