Note: A splash guard must be installed next to sink on left side of kitchen (shelf with bowls and trays located next to it). Please correct prior to next routine inspection. An informal inspection will occur on 10/27/25 to verify that item 4-2B (ice machine) has been corrected. Failure to correct violation will result in a permit suspension. Observed shelving underneath prep tables lined with aluminum foil.// Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material. (C) Corrective Actions: Cardboard and aluminum foil was removed.//
