Second consecutive violation of 14B .05(10)(e) 1,2,4 (wet stacking) on a routine inspection. Three consecutive violations of the same code provision on routine inspections will result in a permit suspension. Note: Ensure distributor performing key drop deliveries records at least 2 food temperatures on invoice per the written agreement. Keep invoices for review during inspections. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Cups were removed.//

(Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge restocked paper towels during inspection.//
