An informal inspection will be conducted within 10 days to verify that the uncorrected violations have been addressed. Please note that a new score will not be generated during this inspection. Failure to correct the violations by June 30, 2025, may result in permit suspension. If the water heater is being replaced to restore hot water, it must be approved by our office prior to installation. To begin the approval process, please submit a remodel application along with the required fee and supporting documentation for review.
