25: .14(1)Observed dust on ventilation fan guards in rooms 105 & 210. [.14(1)] Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. In all new constructed and extensively remodeled residential kitchens used in bed and breakfast inns, coved base molding may be required. Walls and ceilings in residential kitchens shall be easily cleanable and light colored. Corrective Actions: Fan guards were sanitized and dust was removed during the inspection.

27: .14(5)Refrigerators in rooms 116 and 110 observed with excessive ice buildup. [.14(5)] All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Corrective Actions: Management instructed staff to defrost and sanitize the refrigerators during inspection.

1: .07(2)Observed hot water in guest rooms 129 and 131 >120ºF. Hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120ºF. Corrective Actions: Maintenance turned the temperature down on water heater, reinspected water temperatures in rooms and it was <120ºF.

27: .14(5)Observed the headboards in rooms 109, 115, and 147 were not affixed to the wall and were falling over. [.14(5)] All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Corrective Actions: Maintenance utilized screws to affix the headboards back on the walls in rooms 109, 115, and 147.
