Observed the main entrance with visible gaps into the kitchen. CA: CA: outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; Closed, tight-fitting windows; and Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.

Observed flies around the kitchen area. Advised to consult pest control to remediate the issue as soon as possible. Informed Person in charge to close doors to prevent the entrance of flies and other insects.
