1-2A: .03(2)Person in charge was not present at start time of inspection. There must be a person in charge on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. (Pf) SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Corrective Actions: Only other worker was designated as PIC.
4-2B: .05(6)(n)Observed towel not stored in sanitizer being used to wipe the milk steaming wand. After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be sanitized in sanitizer solution for the minimum contact time, at the required concentration, as stated on the manufacturer label. (P) Corrective Actions: Wand was sanitized and cloth was stored in sanitizer.
