Note: All cold holding and hot holding temperature are in compliance. Note: Ensure all keydrop delivery agreements are current and being followed as written. Note: Ensure all clean food containers are free of cracks and residue (sticker, food). Note: Ensure all TSC foods are date-marked after being opened for 24 hrs if they will not be discarded. 4-1A: .04(4)(n)1Employee observed wearing gloves and handling raw shell eggs then handling bread and clean utensils without discarding and changing gloves. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. (P) Corrective Actions: Bread discarded and new utensils used. Training provided to employee. Employee washed hands and donned new gloves before continuing to work.

15C: .05(7)(a)2,3Multiple shelving units in the dry storage room observed to have accumulations of rust and debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. (C)
