13-189(c)(1): An (D.P.D) test kit, or other approved method by the department to measure the free chlorine residual shall be provided and used. A test kit that is not expired and shall be used to perform water tests. Observed a pool test kit with an expired DPD powder to test the chlorine levels.

13-190(a) The flowmeter is inoperable. The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day or one turnover every six hours.

13-201(k) The men and women restrooms were lacking paper towels. At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided and stored in appropriate dispensers conveniently accessible to users. COS: CPO(certified pool operator) stocked restrooms with paper towels.

13-201(k) One of the men and women restrooms are lacking a diaper changing station for babies. A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse.

13-196(a) Observed the pool water level too low to operate at the water level pools range. The actual water level shall be maintained within the operation water level range of the system's skimmer weir device or gutter rim.

13-189(c)(1) - free chlorine shall be maintained between 3ppm-10ppm at all times. Observed free chlorine at 0.65. Corrected to 8.01

13-202(d) - each pool shall have a coast guard approved lifesaving ring attached to a throwing rope. Observed no rope attached to the ring.

13-190(A) - ALL CIRCULATION SYSTEM COMPONENETS SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A CLEAN CONDITION. CLEAN OUT SKIMMERS DAILY. FOUND A MOUSE AND FROG IN SKIMMERS

Women's bathroom had no trash lid. They replaced it while I was there.

13-202(i): each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. A written copy of the EAP shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of an emergency. EAP shall include "chemical emergency evacuation plan", "emergency crisis plan", a "water rescue and injury emergency plan", a "drill procedure for emergency situations", etc. Observation: EAP plan missing.
