5 - sewers/sewage disposal systems/dump stations approved; properly constructed and installed; no surface discharge
Regulation: 511-6-2-.10(2) - sewage disposal-surface discharge
Observed sewage surfacing above ground behind facility grounds; further investigation revealed excessive saturation around existing absorption field; consulted owner/operator on facilitating process for repairs to the existing septic system; owner was provided with application for system system repair construction
8 - annual gas fired equipment inspection on file; gas units equipped with automatic safety and/or 100% cut-off pilot
Regulation: 511-6-2-.15(5) - heating and fire safety-inspection
Owner was unable to provide documentation of annual inspection of all gas-operated equipment by a licensed technician; operator shall submit documentation to the Health Authority in-person or by email to: habershameh@dph.ga.gov
