Regulation: 511-6-1.05(1)(i) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Raw wood observed behind 2-door RIC, under drink sink, board behind 3-comp sink, beer RIC cart, and shelf under bar next to 3-comp sink. Nonfood-contact surfaces must be nonabsorbent, smooth and easily cleanable - no raw wood. All raw wood must be properly sealed and/or painted.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
In prep room, gap around electrical outlet and switch covers on the wall - must be sealed to make easily cleanable. In prep room, hole/crack in flooring beside white RIC - must be sealed to make easily cleanable. If seal used on wall in prep room is found to be not easily cleanable and presents problems with peeling, it must be replaced with material that is smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Floors in bar area, front dining, hallway, bathrooms, prep area, and around mop sink to be thoroughly cleaned prior to opening (remove dust and debris from construction).
