Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Establishment does not have established procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. Consulted with PIC and provided educational material.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
11-6-1.07(6)(b) - Working Containers, Common Name (Pf) (b) Working Containers, Common Name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Pf Observed spray bottles throughout the facility with chemicals name not marked. Consulted with PIC and PIC relabel spray bottles with common chemical name.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
- Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be:
(i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n);
Observe various wet rags used in facility being held with no sanitization. Consulted with PIC and revised cloths usages.
