Observed hand sink near server area to have no hot water available. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Corrective Actions: PIC immediately discontinued use of the hand sink by labeling it as "out of order" and directed all employees to use additional hand sink in pizza prep area. PIC to call plumber to restore hot water to hand sink.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Observed hand sink in pizza prep area and hand sink in main kitchen area to have hot water with low pressure. Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under subsection (1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. Corrective Actions: PIC to call plumber to repair water pressure issue.
