Corrective Actions: PIC removed all metal stirrers from cups and placed them in the 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. PIC poured out the cups of water previously used to store stirrers and obtained fresh set of metal stirrers.

Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Corrective Actions: PIC immediately obtained a new ambient air thermometer and will monitor walk-in cooler ambient temperature to ensure it reaches proper cold holding temperature before receiving food.
