Hand sinks in male restroom at Parrot Street were observed at temperatures above 120 Degrees Fahrenheit. Hans sinks in female restroom at Parrot Street were obsevre at temperatures above 120 Degrees Fahrenheit

Heavy dust accumulation was observed on the top windows above the Restrooms/showers building at Conch Shell Court. Heavy dust accumulation was observed in the lobby of the restroom / showers building at Conch Shell Court

A birds nest was observed in the light fixture above the Bathroom sign at the Restroom/showers building at Parrot Street

Observed hand sink in men's restrooms/showers located on Parrot St to reach temperature of 126°F. Observed shower in men's restroom/showers located on Conch Shell Ct to reach temperatures of 131°F and 136°F. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. Note: PIC to ensure water temperatures do not exceed 120°F

Observed accumulation of dust/mold-like debris on the vent cover in restrooms at pavillion located Sandy Toes Way. Observed mold-like accumulation on shower curtain in restrooms/showers located on Conch Shell Court. Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems. Note: PIC to clean vent covers and replace shower curtains as needed

The hand sink in the rest room was observed at 124 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure the hand sink maintains a temperature of 120 Degrees Fahrenheit or below

Observed two sewer connections located at 071 and 099 not properly capped to prevent an escape of odors.

511-6-2-.09(2) - Watertight Connection Each independent trailer space shall be provided with a sewer connection not less than three inches in diameter. The design of these sewer connections shall be such that a watertight junction will be made with the trailer outlet. Each sewer connection shall be so constructed that it can be closed and when not in use shall be capped to prevent escape of odors.

Note: PIC will have both sewer connections repaired so that they are properly capped
