Observed both hand sinks to be blocked at the start of the inspection. One was obstructed by a cart and one was obstructed by a bucket.

COS: PIC immediately removed the items blocking the hand sinks.

Observed pork chops and sausage to be uncovered during cold holding in the front food service reach in coolers.

COS: PIC immediately covered the cold holding food items.
