Observed sliding door missing on dumpster and lid on top open. All outside refuse or garbage storage containers shall be constructed of durable metal or other approved types of materials, which do not leak and do not absorb liquids and shall be provided with tight-fitting lids or covers and shall be kept covered when stored. Note: PIC to contact waste removal company to repair or replace dumpster as needed
25 - floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors clean, and in good repair; appropriate for location and operation

Observed exposed screws from door hinges in rooms #208, #216, and #217. Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. In all new constructed and extensively remodeled residential kitchens used in bed and breakfast inns, coved base molding may be required. Walls and ceilings in residential kitchens shall be easily cleanable and light colored. Note: PIC documented the findings and stated the rooms will be marked out of service until the screws have been removed and repaired
