Walk in freezer unit was observed with a heavy accumulation of Ice preventing one of the fans of the unit from operating. 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - Good Repair, physical facilities maintained; Cleaning, Frequency & Restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (C) (5) Maintenance and Operation.

(a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

Paper towels were observed missing at the front hand sink at the customer service area. 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - Hand Drying Provision (Pf) (b) Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

1. Individual, disposable towels; Pf

2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf

3. A heated-air hand drying device; Pf or

4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.Pf Note: Paper towels were immediately replaced at the hand sink.
