Observed a cell phone sitting on a food prep surface.

1. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.

COS: PIC removed the phone and sanitized the food prep surface.

Upon entry to food establishment EHS observed a containers in the hand sink at the front of the facility.

A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Note: PIC voluntarily removed the container from the hand sink to ensure proper hand washing can occur.
