Upon entry of food establishment EHS observed food employee actively prepping food with no hair restraint to prevent possible contamination.

Upon entrance, it was observed that the last inspection report, ServSafe Certifications and Food Service Permits were not displayed. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Note: PIC posted most current inspection, ServSafe Certificate and food service permit during inspection.

Observed multiple fryer baskets and a waffle maker with an accumulation of food debris. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC was educated on proper cleaning of food contact surfaces and will clean at COB.
