Observed tomato(49F), ham(49F,53F,50F,52F,55F), lettuce(46F), milk(44F), turkey(46F), cheese(49,53F), and bologna(48F) stored above 41 degrees F in main kitchen cooler 2. Cold foods must be held at 41 degrees or below. CA: PIC discarded items.
