Observed no Food Safety Manager Certificate displayed at time of inspection. Facility must have a designated manager in charge of daily operations that is food safety certified. CA: PIC will have at least one employee get certified.

Observed no Food Service Permit posted. Food Service Permit must be displayed in public view. CA: PIC will have permit displayed with inspection report.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed standing water in bottom of glass door cooler in main kitchen. CA: PIC will have maintenance fix cooler and not keep any foods on bottom shelf of cooler.

Observed grease and debris buildup on hood vent in main kitchen. Hood vents must be cleaned and inspected regularly to prevent grease from dripping onto food and food contact surfaces. CA: PIC will call hood vent cleaning company to clean and inspect the hood vent.
