Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(d) - food storage containers identified with common name of food (c)
Observed white substance in food container in the dry storage area not labeled with its common name. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. PIC labeled container with its common name.

Observed food establishment with several expired testing kits. Observed testing kits expired in 2013, 2014, and 2023. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Must correct within 10 calendar days.
