- Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Note: Thermometer in dairy reach-in cooler read 50F when ambient temperature was actually 45F. The products were removed from cooler into a functioning cooler, there were no temperature violations.
