Observed raw pork food products stored in between cooked RTE, deli meat, and raw ground beef. Observed raw seafood stored underneath raw beef. Observed opened container of raw, pooled eggs in an ice bath on the counter stored directly next to open pans of cut lemons and oranges.
2-2B - proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use

Observed open cup with juice with straw and no lid stored next to containers of bread. Employee corrected on site by discarding the beverage.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed dish machine chlorine sanitizer dispensing 0ppm. The sanitizer container was observed to almost be empty. Kitchen manager was advised to manually wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes until sanitizer is replaced and able to dispense 50ppm-100ppm of chlorine sanitizer.
