Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket containing wiping clothes concentration exceeded the manufactures requirement of 50-100 ppm. The chemical test strips were observed at approximately 200 ppm or more. PIC corrected on site. Once corrected the sanitizer was observed at 50 ppm

Observed low water pressure in the three compartment sink. PIC will contact a licensed plumber to have the water pressure repaired by 01/15/26.

Observed the small deep freezer with an accumulation of old food and thick ice build up. Please defrost and clean the deep freezer.

Also, observed the exterior handles of the fryer baskets in need of a deep cleaning due to an accumulation of old grease.

Observed (2) lights out underneath the ventilation hood system. PIC stated that he thinks the light's connection have a shortage. Please service the system to ensure adequate lights in the food preparation area.

Observed the frying baskets in the deep fryer with an excessive amount of build-up on them from the oil. Advised PIC to clean the frying baskets daily to avoid an accumulation of old grease build-up.

Observed the bottom of the shelf in the dishwashing room in need of cleaning then sealed or painted to remove the rust accumulation.

Observed the stove, grill (not in use), and the back of the deep fryer in the kitchen with a heavy build-up of old food accumulation. These areas will need to be cleaned daily to ensure good retail practice.

Observed the handwashing sink in need of cleaning due to a black mold-liken substance in the crevices.

Observed the baby changing table in the men's restroom in need of cleaning due to a brown substance on it. Make sure the baby changing station is cleaned regularly.

Observed the walls underneath the 3-compartment sink in need of cleaning. Also, observed the floors wet in the dish area. Make sure to keep the floors dry.

Observed the ventilation hood system over the stove and the fryer with a thick accumulation. The ventilation system will need to ne cleaned.

Observed (1) light out under the ventilation hood system.

Observed the stove in the kitchen with a heavy build-up of old food accumulation.

Observed the walls in the kitchen with a brown/yellowish stain please clean the walls.

Observed the ventilation hood system over the stove and the fryer with a debris. Please have the ventilation hood system cleaned as soon as possible.

Observed the AC vents above the dry storage and in the hallways near the walk in cooler in need of cleaning due to dust debris.
