12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket containing wiping clothes concentration exceeded the manufactures requirement of 50-100 ppm. The chemical test strips were observed at approximately 200 ppm or more. PIC corrected on site. Once corrected the sanitizer was observed at 50 ppm

Observed low water pressure in the three compartment sink. PIC will contact a licensed plumber to have the water pressure repaired by 01/15/26.
