Observed the faucet broken on the mop sink located behind the building. PIC unable to properly clean mops. PIC is currently using the toilet to dispose of mop water. PIC will have the plumbing faucet along with running hot and cold water by 4/25/26.

Observed pizza boxes stored below the handsink area. PIC will relocate pizza boxes to shelf across from the handsink to prevent potential contamination by 4/22/2026.

(iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. 3. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored as specified under paragraph 1 of this subsection and shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used.

Observed a lid missing from one of the shared dumpsters.
