Observed the bulk ice machine with an accumulation of a black mold-like substance on the interior wall. Please clean to sight and touch.

16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(i) - system, approved, installed (pf)
Observed the handwashing sink's hot water at or above 115F while hand washing. A plumber will need to check all sinks to determine if the mixing valves are working properly to prevent burns and injuries. Water must meet a minimum temperature requirement of 85F. Please submit a completed work order by Thursday, June 11, 2026 to robert.lewis1@dph.ga.gov and sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by 6/11/26.

Observed clean dishes stacked wet nesting in the food preparation area. Dishes should be separated to properly air dry.

Observed boxes of raw burgers around the dumpster attracting flies. Please clean the dumpster pad to reduce attraction of insects/pests.

Observed an employee's cellphone laying on the storage shelf above the prep sink. All employee's items should be stored in a designated area.
