Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.

Observed multiple dead insects in dish room.

Observed hot water at handwashing sinks in the kitchen area (by the office and 3-compartment sink) and in the employee bathroom not reaching the adequate minimum temperature.511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - Water Supply, Capacity; Pressure (Pf) (g) Capacity.
